An artist since childhood and internationally educated in sculpture and fine art. Well received in many collections and recipient of awards such as the Fra Angelica Religious Art Award (1st Place) and the Rose Duchesne Society Award. Statement I am interested in the human figure - in particular how spirit projects. Having been educated in the classical artists knowledge of skeletal forms, muscles and their integrated functions as the basic form of all human and animal figures, I use this information to start each sculpture. My work then usually comes quickly with the spirit of creativity. |
